Saturday, December 20th - Toy Stocker

Looking for a way to help behind the scenes? Toy stocking is the perfect role for those who want to serve without being in the spotlight. Volunteers in this role will be responsible for keeping the toy tables filled so our guests always have plenty to choose from.

This job does involve quite a bit of walking and carrying boxes, so comfortable shoes and a willingness to move around are a must. It’s a vital part of making the toy store run smoothly, and every stocked table means more smiles for our families.

Friday, December 19th- Table/Shopper Helper

Table Workers will be in charge of restocking the toys and making sure there is a variety of toys organized on the tables for our guests to choose from, and/or helping families pick out toys for their children.

This job requires volunteers to be a minimum of 14 years and older.

Volunteers will sort and set up toys.

Day shift volunteers are limited to ages 14 and older. 

However, during evening shifts, younger children under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian may also volunteer. We are asking volunteers to fill the following duties:

Toy Store Set-up: place tables, organize boxes, etc.

Toy sorter: Sort toys by age and gender, group items according to similarity, and more. You can volunteer for a morning, mid-day, or evening shift, or if you would like to work the full day, select all three shifts.

Groups: Groups are welcome and encouraged.

Loading Holiday turkeys into the delivery the guest's vehicle.

Please wear clothing suitable for being outside and on your feet for the entire shift, taking into account the weather conditions. This is a "rain or shine" kind of event. You will be handling a lot of items, so even if you don't think you'll need them for the temperature, please consider wearing gloves to protect your hands.

Traffic & Guest Entry Volunteers

Volunteers will help keep traffic flowing smoothly and distribute numbers to guests as they enter the gates.

This is a rain-or-shine event, so please wear weather-appropriate clothing to stay comfortable throughout your shift. Thank you for helping create a safe, organized, and welcoming start for our guests!

Toy shopper helpers must be at least 14 years of age.

Door Greeters / Guides

Volunteers will be stationed at the doors to welcome families and help them find where they need to go so no one gets lost. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing, as you may be near entryways that are cooler or drafty.

Christmas Turkey Distribution

Volunteers will be distributing frozen turkeys to families who have applied for Christmas assistance. Since the turkeys will be frozen, please be sure to wear gloves for both safety and comfort.
